For Founder and President Kathy Light, family comes first. Her passion is helping her clients achieve fulfilling family and personal lives along with highly successful careers. The fifth of seven children and the daughter of a teacher and small business owner, she learned at an early age the importance of family and hard work. Spirituality, health, continuous development and giving back to others are key values for Kathy, and she strives to live them daily in both her work and personal lives.
